Ermitage du Lac

A lot of nice perks. Like underground parking (extra cost I found out at checkout), huge communal hot tub, included ski check at the base of the mountain (south/resort side), free ice skate rental (except no one showed up for two days to hand out skates). People at the desk were really nice and helpful. It’s located at the bottom of the resort, but they have this cool lift that gets you up to the bottom of the ski lift in no time. There are lots of places to eat and get drinks, but it’s all pricey. We liked the skiing/boarding when we weren’t freezing. They had a freak cold snap that they hadn’t seen in 50 years.

A hotel nice hotel at a reasonable price. I stayed here with my wife and baby for a few nights in a King room. The room was quite large with a kitchenette stocked with plates, cutlery, a fridge, microwave, stovetop etc. If you needed it, it was there. It was probably the last hotel before you leave the village but definitely still close enough to walk everywhere. We loved the lodge style of the hotel, and inside and out it was very clean and well kept. The service was great as well, my only critique is the breakfast included was quite lacklustre.

Great location! Super accommodating and helpful staff. Room was clean and well stocked with toiletries and towels. Good selection offered for complimentary breakfast. Would recommend and will be back again!

Wonderful stay for three nights! Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great location in the village, accommodating for skis/snowboards with lockers, relaxing hot tub and great continental breakfast. Would definitely stay again

Great experience! Had a pleasant stay. Staffs are very friendly especially the receptionist, i think her name is Huguette. Very sweet lady. We arrived at 2:30 and were able to check in early without any problem. In terms of the room, it was clean and comfortable. There were also cooking materials, little stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and keurig machine. The free breakfast is good also, boiled egg, ham, fruits, few pastries, coffee machines, cereal for kids, juices, cheese, yogurt and lots of spread. There are bread also and bagels. Theres also highchair for lil kids. We were able to park our car in the basement ($23 + taxes). At our check out, we asked if we could extend our parking for 2 more hours since we want to explore outside some more, they allowed us without any problem. They are very accommodating and considerate. My family will definitely come back. I recommend this place 100% !!!

Beautiful suites: 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The continental breakfast is good. Stayed for 2 days, but no cleaning service came to pick up garbage or refill toilet paper. Staff lack hospitality. Good place to stayed

We stayed at Ermitage du Lac and absolutely loved every moment of it. The location was perfect — quiet, beautiful, and just a short walk to everything in the village. Our room was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. The staff were super friendly and made us feel really welcome. The hot tub was amazing — honestly the best part of our stay! It was the perfect way to relax after a full day out. Also, the breakfast was fantastic — very complete, fresh, and everything tasted great. You could really feel the quality in every detail. Overall, we had an incredible time and would definitely come back again. Totally recommend this place to anyone visiting Mont-Tremblant!

We booked this hotel for a friend’s 50th weekend getaway. The property is located at the base of the pedestrian village and is close to all amenities. There is a pool and a hot tub. The room was modern and clean and felt like home. Beds are comfortable. The staff was great, namely Joanie who went above and beyond to accommodate us. She helped make our stay even more pleasant. Will definitely book here again.
